≈30 days to align feasibility, scope, and budget. Kickoff calls clarify goals, review files, and set the vision.
2. Development
Industrial + Mechanical Design, electronics, BOM, and prototypes (3D/CNC). You’re involved at every step.
3. Tooling
DFM analysis and mold flow studies guide precision steel molds. T1 samples and pilot runs validate readiness.
4. Mass Production with CCM
Our Component Control Method sources critical parts directly from specialized suppliers. Pre-MP samples confirm quality; every component is QA/QC’d before assembly—protecting your IP and ensuring consistency.
