Collaboration

Outcome

  • If you have all files → provide a quote for prototype/tooling/mass production.

Development

Transform ideas into manufacturable designs through industrial, mechanical, and electronic engineering — validated with prototypes and detailed DFM-ready files.

Engineering Package

  • Industrial Design (ID): aesthetics, ergonomics, user experience.
  • Mechanical Design (MD): structural design, material selection, assembly method.
  • Electronics Design: schematics, PCB layout, Gerber files, firmware.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM): preliminary list of component and materials.

Prototyping

  • 3D Printed Prototype → proof of concept and early validation of form/fit.
  • CNC Prototype → near-production look & feel, suitable for investor demos or crowdfunding campaigns.
  • Composite Molds → for silicone or elastomer parts requiring realistic flexibility, texture, durability.

Collaboration

  • Milestones and due dates tracked in Asana.
  • Client reviews and approves CAD, drawings, design decisions step by step.
  • Morpho provides inspection reports, photos/videos, conference calls, and ships prototypes for hands-on testing.

Mold & Tooling

DFM Report

Mold Manufacturing

  • Cooling channels, cavities, ejectors, surface textures engineered for repeatability.

First Trial Samples (T1)

  • Initial mold shots tested for finish, dimensions, fit.

Pilot Run

  • Small batch to test assembly, QC, performance.
  • Provides units for marketing, certifications, investor demos.

Deliverables

Mass Production (with CCM)

Scale confidently with strict QA/QC systems, component-level traceability, and pre-approved production samples that guarantee consistency at volume.
