Through Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and precision molding, Morpho ensured each unit achieved consistent softness and flexibility while maintaining high production efficiency.
Outcome: LastSwab raised over $3.6 million through Kickstarter and Indiegogo, becoming a global symbol of sustainable innovation. The product line has expanded internationally and continues to inspire eco-conscious design movements across the consumer goods industry.
